Sybase Purchases Aleri’s Assets – Hires Staff
Today we announced the acquisition of Aleri’s assets, including Aleri’s CEP engine, their adapters, and their liquidity application templates. This is a great move for Sybase, and we hope it is seen as a positive by Aleri’s customers. Sybase intends to continue to support the key Aleri products, and continue Aleri’s goal of merging Aleri and Coral8 CEP engines (and Sybase CEP, which is based on Coral8 technology) into a single solution. To that end, the Sybase Aleri CEP engineering team and the Sybase CEP engineering team are working on a timetable that we hope to publish as soon as possible.
